Booking & Appointment Policy
Appointments are reserved exclusively for each client. Once booked, the scheduled time is held and cannot be offered to other clients.
Appointments are considered fulfilled once the time is reserved, regardless of whether the client proceeds with the service.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. The full service fee will still apply.
No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
Appointments missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full service price.
If a client arrives but chooses to leave before the service begins, or decides not to proceed for personal reasons, the appointment will still be considered a completed reservation and charged in full.
This policy applies regardless of the duration of time spent on the premises.
Communication & Responsibility
Clients are responsible for notifying us in advance if they need to reschedule or change their appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the appointment being treated as a no-show.
