Appointment Policy
Payment is required to reserve the appointment time and not solely for the service itself.
Appointments are reserved exclusively for each client. Once booked, the scheduled time is held and cannot be offered to others. The appointment is considered fulfilled once the time is reserved, regardless of whether the service takes place.
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, while the full service fee still applies.
Missed appointments, cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or appointments where the client chooses not to proceed will be charged in full.
Identity & Cardholder Verification Requirement
To prevent fraud and chargebacks, appointments must be booked and paid for using the client’s own bank card.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required and must match the name on the appointment and the payment method.
Third-party cards, mismatched identities, or unverifiable payment information are not accepted.
If the name on the appointment, the payment method, and the identification do not match, the appointment may be refused or cancelled. In such cases, any credit card processing or transaction fees charged by the payment provider will be deducted and are non-refundable
